BrusselでのISICEMに参加してきました。
例年通りMajor studiesの発表がおこなれましたが、やっぱりnegative studyばかりでした。
ICUでの研究は予後に関する有意差は出ないのかもしれませんね。
結局はエビデンスはないものばかりです・・・。
今やっていることを否定するばかりの論調にはちょっと飽き飽きです。
